Terms & Conditions
What you are agreeing to when you reserve an appointment with us online and pay a deposit.
Last updated: August 2026
1.What these terms cover
These terms cover this website: reserving an appointment online, paying a deposit, and the patient account that comes with it. Booking online, or paying a deposit through a link we send you, means you accept them.
They do not replace what the doctor tells you at the clinic. Where the two differ, what you are told at your consultation is what stands.
2.Prices here are an estimate
The figure the booking page shows is built from what you pick, at the prices current that day. It is an estimate, not a final bill.
Your treatment plan and its price are confirmed at the clinic, once the doctor has examined you. An OPG X-ray, and a night guard where one is advised, are paid at the clinic — they are not part of the online price or of the deposit.
All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). A figure shown in another currency is a guide only.
3.The deposit
A slot is held only once the deposit of AED 500 (plus AED 15 payment gateway fee) has been paid. Until then that day and time stay open to everyone else.
The deposit comes off your treatment total. It is part of what you pay, not an extra on top.
One deposit holds one reservation. Keeping a second date as well needs a second deposit.
4.The deposit is non-refundable — but it is not lost
The deposit is non-refundable. It pays for a day held for you and turned away from other patients.
It is never lost, though. If you decide not to go ahead with veneers, it stays as credit on your account and can be put towards any treatment at the clinic — an OPG X-ray, a full check-up, a specialist consultation, or a scaling and polishing.
5.How the deposit is paid
Payment is taken on the payment provider's own secure page. Your card details are entered there, not here: this website never sees them and never stores them.
A deposit counts as paid when the provider confirms it to us. A message from your bank is not that confirmation — if the payment page did not bring you back to us, please contact the clinic before paying a second time.
6.Changing your reservation
Changing only the time, on the same days, is free — as often as you like.
Moving your days is free twice; after that a AED 50 fee applies, arranged with the clinic.
Changes close 2 days before your first visit. Inside those two days, and after the visit itself, only the clinic can move a reservation — message us on WhatsApp and we will help.
You may switch to a shorter plan. Extending the plan, or changing the package, after the deposit is paid is charged at the prices current then: your deposit is locked to what you paid for.
7.If you do not come
If you miss your visit without moving it first, the reservation is cancelled, the deposit is not refunded, and a new booking is at the prices current at that time.
If you are running late, tell us as early as you can. A late arrival may have to be rescheduled — veneer days are booked one after another, and the time cannot be taken from the patient after you.
Every time on this website is Dubai time.
8.Treatment, results and photographs
Veneers are elective cosmetic treatment. What suits you is decided by the doctor after examining you, and the plan you chose online may be adjusted.
Results differ from person to person. The photographs and reviews on this website are of real patients of ours and are shown as examples of our work — they are not a promise of the same result for you.
Nothing on this website is medical advice or a diagnosis.
9.Your account
Your account holds your reservations, your payments and your receipts. Keep your password to yourself — anyone who has it can see them.
Give us a phone number you actually use: it is how we recognise you and how the clinic reaches you. We message you on WhatsApp about your booking, your deposit and your visits. Tell us if the number changes, so a reminder about your treatment does not reach somebody else.
10.Your information
We keep what we need in order to treat you and to run your booking: your name, your contact details, your appointments, your payments and your clinical records. Card numbers are not among them — those stay with the payment provider.
We do not sell your information. Clinical records are kept for as long as the law requires. To ask what we hold, or to have something corrected, message the clinic.
11.These terms can change
We may update this page. The version published here when you book is the one that applies to that booking.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
If anything here is unclear, ask us before you book — we would far rather explain it first.
